This wave has the potential to produce numerous showers and thunderstorms which may be heavy at times, with winds upwards of 25mph creating seas up to 7 feet. A small craft advisory will be in effect from Tuesday afternoon until Wednesday morning.

An area of low pressure located 1425 miles east south east of the Wind Ward Islands continue to show signs of organization. Environmental conditions are expected to remain conducive for development, during the next day or so, as the system moves west north westward to north westward at about 15mph. At present the system is no threat to the Virgin Islands however, the DDM will continue to monitor the system in case of future development.
