UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF COCAINE
On 22-07-2010 at 2300hrs, Police arrested and charged Amon Wilford Chalwell of James Young for the following offences (1) Failing To Give Blood and Urine Sample and (2) Driving Under the Influence of Drink or Drug and two (2) counts of Unlawful Possession of Cocaine. His arrest is as a result of report made on 22-07-2010.
ASSAULT
On 23-07-2010 at 1520hrs, Police arrested and charged 19-year-old Leshaughn Smith of Pockwood Pond for the following offences (1) Drive Unlicensed motor scooter, (2) Drive Motor Cycle Without Crash Helmet, (3) Use Motor Vehicle When Not Covered By A Policy of Insurance In Respect of Third Party Risk, (4) Assault on Police and (5) Armed with Offensive Weapon. Smith was granted Police bail in the amount of $2,000 with one surety for his appearance in court on 06-08-2010. His arrest is as a result of a report made on 23-07-2010.
OBTAINING PROPERTY BY DECEPTION
On 23-07-2010 at 1145hrs, Police arrested and charged Simeon Pope for the offence of three (3) counts of Obtaining Property by Deception. He appeared at the Magistrate´s Court on 26-07-2010 and was granted bail in the amount $35,000.
ILLEGAL ENTRY/ FAILING TO DECLARE
On 21-07-2010, Police arrested and charged Eddy Medina Baez of the Dominican Republic for Illegal Entry, Failing to Declare Monies and Furnishing False Information. His arrest is as a result of a report made on 21-07-2010.
BURGLARY
On 24-07-2010 at 0340hrs, Police arrested and charged Samuel Harris also known as "Smoosh" of Sophie Bay for the offence of Burglary. His arrest was as a result of a report of burglary made on 10-07-2010.
